    1. My heart sank right in the beginning when I realised that Grace was involved with a married woman, less from an ethical point view and more from what it says about her self-worth. On one hand it gives Grace a strong realism as a character but on the other it diminishes my belief that there will be a happily ever after irrespective of the outcome of the book.I carried on reading anyway and Grace, a celebrity chef, decides to get away from her life for a while and takes off to her friend's house o [...]

    2. I couldn't decide between 2 and 3 stars, so I'm going with 2.5 and rounding up.My favourite interactions were between Grace and Trish, Grace and Aly, and anyone and Aunt Connie. Grace and Torrie just didn't work for me at all. Reasons in spoiler tag. And seriously, major, major spoilers there, so you've been warned.(view spoiler)[This fell dangerously close to insta-love, and insta-love only works for me when both characters are feeling it. In this case, Torrie felt it, sort of (or after a few d [...]

    3. Side Order Of Love is certainly okay and has likable enough characters, yet I can't quite give it four stars. There's something missing I can't put my finger on at this exact moment.Still, there are some nice passages that jump out at me and have gone into my Kindle Highlights, more for the message than the writing:-She couldn’t undo anything in her past now, but she could still make her own future. Or remake it into something different from the path she was on. (This attitude especially appli [...]

    4. A romance with high doses of drama and angst that lacked of passion, love and intensity (at least mutual). It’s been a while since a read a romance that felt so unbalanced. It was almost painful to get thru this “love story” that for the most part of the book seemed to portray an unrequited love with characters that didn’t have many likable features. The best moment they had was their first interaction which was interesting and engaging but after that, the development of their relationshi [...]

    5. I am going to be very fast and especially very clear: the books of Richardson I wouldn’t bother to make a review of each of her books. You can go there with your eyes closed, everything is good, her writing, her stories , her characters, everything. Go ahead, read Tracey Richardson without hesitation !!

    6. Muy buenoMe encanto la historia, muy bien contada. Los personajes te enamoran y te dejan querer saber más de ellos felicidades a la autora.

    7. Really liked the characters and the plot, but there is something that is holding me back from giving it another star. I was really pulling for the main characters to get together and have their happily ever after. The supporting characters were well developed. I think that everything ended up "fitting" too perfectly.

    8. Fairly traditional romance but I really lost interest part of the way through when Torrie said that Grace wasn't worth fighting for. What kind of romance has such a statement. I had no real interest in seeing them together after that, which was a shame because I liked the character of Grace. And the epilogue was ridiculous.

    9. Simply written, simple story line. Not sure what fictional world the author lives in where everyone is gayThe whole plot felt predictable, like the author really wanted to stick to the Chick Lit format but with lesbians. Especially that ending, I just wanted to cringe. The story had no real depth.

    10. OkayI skipped pages with this one to me it just dragged on and I couldn't wait for it to end. I did like parts of the story but I really like was Aunt Connie reminds me of one of my relative.

    11. I really liked "The Candidate" and some other of Tracey Richardson's novels but this, I'm sorry to say, was SO BORING from the beginning to the end!

    12. This book was entertaining. Reading about all the food was probably the best part! The writing was not very good
